Strongest: A place of continuous professional learning

Our school has a strong commitment to professional learning, that is critical to the growth and success of educators and, by extension, the students they serve. It is a perfect showcase of leadership by example in which the learning process is updated by default, the importance for the leaders to find opportunities for learning in our staff is a great challenge for them, you can find in every building the opportunity to keep moving forward in your journey as an educator, some times the school creates it for you, and sometimes the school encourages you to find new opportunities for professional learning. The best example is this master where you can find educators from different areas and is a perfect excuse to grow together and create a positive environment of learning.

To improve: Strong shared definition of learning

On the other hand, I see a great opportunity in terms of the definition of learning, if you ask to a different level and building through the school, they do not have a common definition of learning, and most importantly they do not think it is important for the learning process. Defining learning for our school is essential,  it provides clarity of purpose, guides educational practices, promotes student success, and creates a positive learning environment. It drives the learning process in the same way in the different areas of the school, it allows building a learning culture, ensuring that all students have access to high-quality education and opportunities for success.
