Strat every single practice with the clear intention and goal of the practice, a simple goal that we can repeat and connect with the student in any moment of the practice to keep focusing on it.
Why?
It is important for our students because it allows us to keep connected with our goal of each practice. It is a useful tool to start with a specific goal, set their mind to that intention, and return any time we are moving away from it. Being clear in our goals creates a positive environment to focus on the learning process and keep the focus on details, allowing us to reflect on what and why we are learning.
